Custom Typical size 9" W x 2.5" H BAR ROCKER is average, sizes 6" to 9" have their heights adjusted and scaled accordingly but if you have a specific width (thickness) you require please add a note up to maximum 3" thick. We also take into account the font style you choose and the overall look of the design so that it reads nicely and lettering is not bunched, squashed or stretched. If you require double border stitch please contact us for a quote. ALL LETTERING IS EMBROIDERED IN CAPITAL (UPPER-CASE) UNLESS WE ARE OTHERWISE ADVISED BY YOU.

If you need a Glue backing so you can Iron on your patch then please advise, but your rocker will not have a Polybak™ Core if we use a glue backing. - WE CAN ALSO SEND A "PROOF OF CONCEPT" DESIGN TO YOU PRIOR TO MANUFACTURE IF YOU ASK FOR IT OR IF WE FEEL YOUR DESIGN IS COMPLEX AND IT'S NECESSARY TO OBTAIN YOUR APPROVAL. SIMPLE DESIGNS TYPICALLY DO NOT REQUIRE THIS. We offer this service to all of our customers at no extra charge of course.
